The wait has been long, but Wayforward is preparing to launch Shantae: Half-Genie Hero in all territories and all consoles this September on the 27th. The physical release, known as “Risky Beats” edition, is coming only to PS4, PS Vita, and Wii U.

A few days ago, Wayforward announced Shantae: Risky’s Revenge Director’s Cut will be coming to Wii U in Europe on March 24. Now, they’ve confirmed it to be coming to North American Wii Us the same day for $9.99. Rejoice.
