…digitally. This is the really real release date. Officially. After many estimates and pushed back dates, December 20, 2016 is the official digital release of Shantae: Half-Genie Hero.

Kickstarter Backers will receive digital codes December 12. Depending on the platform, codes may not activate immediately, but should work on all platforms before the 13th.

Half-Genie Hero is coming to Steam for PC and Xbox One worldwide. As well as PS4, PS Vita, and Wii U for North America & Europe.

[UPDATE] Xseed has confirmed that physical retail versions of the game will also release on December 20 for PS4 and PS Vita. The retail version for Wii U will arrive December 27.
