Samurai Warriors 4: Empires & Naotora Ii DLC for Dead or Alive 5: Last Round set to release in March

Koei Tecmo has officially announced that in celebration of Samurai Warriors 4: Empires releasing on March 15, Naotora Ii, from the Samurai Warriors series, will be releasing as a playable character in Dead or Alive 5: Last Round on March 17.

Samurai Warriors 4: Empires will be released on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita. The Naotora Ii DLC is included in DOA’s Season Pass 3 (PS4) / New Costume Pass 3 (Xbox One). The same pass will also later include Samurai Warriors 4 crossover costumes for each character. The character DLC will additionally be released alongside Azuchi, a Japanese castle stage originally from Dead or Alive 3, for free, paying homage to the samurai theme.
Naotora Ii attacks solely with kicks in Samurai Warriors, so it’ll be interesting to see how they implement her moves into the fighting game. I expect a lot of kick combos.
