If you pick up Hyrule Warriors Legends on launch day you can get a Hyrule Warriors theme for your 3DS and a transfer code to download the new characters Linkle, Skull Kid, Tetra, King Daphnes, and Toon link as well a trident weapon for Ganondorf on Wii U.
